1. Return Eligibility

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be eligible for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or sale items (if marked non-returnable)

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

7. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
